For old school photographers out there, who's number are slowly dwindling, this meetup group is for those of you still shooting on roll or sheet film or perhaps even wet plate. We'll meet at least once a month and share knowledge on shooting with non-digital cameras, developing film and other processes.

This is a group for anybody who wants to take better photos. Whether you are very inexperienced, or have experience and want to learn even more, this group is for you. It doesn't matter whether you use a phone camera, compact camera, or SLR, you will learn more skills and the tricks of taking much more interesting photos to record your memories, and share them with your friends and family. We focus on portraits, landscapes, travel photography, nature photography and many other subject areas.

Our Large Format workshop has been limited to four to eight participants. A group this size leaves much room for discussion and we encourage you to raise any topics of interest that surrounds the process of producing negatives and photographs using a Large Format camera.
